01 // Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kljj365.com and any services offered by KLJJ365 / Kyle Johnson Digital Marketing LLC ("KJDM," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

02 // Services

KJDM provides digital marketing services, online education, and an ambassador/affiliate program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

03 // Ambassador Program

Participation in the KJDM Ambassador Program is subject to a separate Ambassador Agreement. Commissions are earned only upon successful contract execution by the referred client.

05 // Payment Terms

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

06 // Intellectual Property

All content on kljj365.com—including text, graphics, logos, and course materials—is the property of Kyle Johnson Digital Marketing LLC and is protected by copyright law.

07 // Limitation of Liability

KJDM provides marketing services in good faith. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes or rankings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KJDM's liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding a claim.

08 // Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in St. Charles County, Missouri.
